1. Buying a Rug

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required to confirm your order.
Will my rug look exactly like the picture?
Each of our rugs is a bespoke work of art, meticulously handwoven by master artisans. No two pieces are ever alike. Slight shifts in pattern, tone, or dimension are signatures of authenticity—testaments to the human hands behind every knot—resulting in a piece that’s as unique as your space.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Since each rug is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept changes after this period.
Do you charge sales tax or additional duties?
For US orders, state sales tax will be applied where required. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the destination country. Contact your local customs office for more information. Feel free to contact us for a detailed breakdown of costs.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you have a specific design in mind, we would love to bring your vision to life. Send us your idea at hello@habibirug.com.

3. Order Status & Updates

How can I check my order status?
We’re happy to assist! As Morocco’s first fully integrated rug company, we closely monitor the progress of every order. Reach out to us at hello@habibirug.com, and we’ll provide you with an update within 1–2 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my rug?
Handmade rugs typically take 4–6 weeks to complete. For larger rugs or custom designs, additional time may be needed. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to the US and Europe. For other international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Morocco. If your country isn’t listed, email us at hello@habibirug.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your rug is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our workshop in Khenifra, Morocco to your doorstep.
Can I expedite my order?
If you need your rug sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, weaving takes time and we prioritize quality.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my rug?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review all details before placing your order.

6. Care & Maintenance

How durable are your rugs?
Our rugs are crafted to last for decades with proper care and regular cleaning.
How do I clean my rug?
Vacuum weekly using a canister vacuum, side to side. For spot cleaning, use warm water and mild detergent. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.
Will my rug shed?
Yes, shedding is normal for natural wool rugs, especially early on. Regular vacuuming reduces shedding over time.
What materials are your rugs made from?
Our rugs are made from 100% live wool, ethically sourced in Morocco and hand-dyed with natural dyes.

Can I request a custom size or color?
