All sales are final. Since each rug is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your measurements, color choices, and design details before placing your order.

Shipping Damages or Errors
We take the utmost care in packaging your rug for a safe journey from our Moroccan atelier to your home. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

- Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours.
